Delivery

The time to process your order can vary from 1 to 3 working days. This time is not included in the delivery time. Once your package has been dispatched, the delivery time varies depending on the delivery method you have chosen.

We offer you 2 delivery methods:

• Standard delivery in ______ format (no tracking number assigned). The delivery time is 3 to 10 working days .

• Canada Post's Xpress Post delivery. The delivery time is 1 to 7 working days in Quebec and 4 to 10 working days for the rest of Canada. A tracking number will be assigned to you as well as an insurance of receipt of your package.

We are not responsible for additional delays related to carriers or any other context (pandemic related to Covid). In addition, from the moment your package is delivered to Canada Post, we are not responsible for loss or theft.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirming the mailing of your purchases with the selected delivery method.

Return and Guarantee

When you make a purchase, it is not possible to cancel your order or have it refunded.

However, we offer you the possibility of exchanging your item within 30 days of your purchase. The item must never have been worn and it must have been purchased at regular price.

Exchange method

• Write to info@umylee.com and write to us the reason for the exchange.
• Return the parcel in its original packaging at your expense.

Under certain conditions, we offer you the possibility of repairing your jewel if it breaks within 30 days of your purchase. To be repaired, the maintenance and breakage prevention conditions must have been met. Refer to the maintenance section for more details.
